I love old people. Protect them at all costs. But they are delusional about the BBC. The replies to this😅
The OP is a parody account but my point is that the BBC makes shows for oldies, and younger people pay for it.
Here are the facts:
Older viewers are the heaviest consumers:
Over 55’s consume 13 hrs of BBC a week
Under 55’s around 5 hrs a week
16-34 y/o’s 2 hours a week
Over 75’s pay no TV licence and will be exceeding 13 hours a week.
So the younger generation are subsidising the older generation’s entertainment subscription.
Or you can just not pay the licence fee..
