@CaraTetlow Thanks for getting back to us. We understand how frustrating that must be. When you're abroad, your service is handled by the local networks, and speeds or prioritization can differ from place to place — even between customers on different (cont) bit.ly/3PujVti

@O2 We have all tried manually connecting to different networks. The same ones to which the person on idmobile is connected. Clearly the low priority given to O2 customers and throttling renders the 'inclusive roaming' offer meaningless.

@O2 4 of my family on O2, driving through France with no phone or data service for 99% of journey, even in major cities. All with O2 for "incl. roaming". One other in family on idmobile has had signal & data all the way. This needs fixing!!!

@O2 It was a virgin renewal “deal” where I was told don’t worry everything will be on the same bill etc. Now I have an o2 bill I can’t access, and a contract on a phone number I dont want.

@virginmedia congratulations you are loosing a 10+ year customer after signing me up for a bullshit @02 mobile account I didn’t want with promises of discounts . I can’t even access my bill for the mobile account and I am getting charged more than I could have renewed for .

After 40 years of mobile phones and with Moore’s law having rapidly increased processing speed why does it take longer to do anything on the mobile with useless @o2 @Ofcom

@RedAlert2008 Apologies for any inconvenience IT are aware of the issue and are working to resolve this. I would recommend calling 4444 to top up or purchasing a top-up card.

@O2 I have had an ongoing issue for several months now. When I call O2 they tell me a ticket has been raised & it will get resolved in 3-5days. still no luck! Is there a number I can call to get through to someone who can help IN THE UK rather than an Indian call centre!
