Japanese bros keep posting about sausage gravy so here’s the easiest classic recipe.
It’s only 4 ingredients:
- country sausage
- flour
- milk
- pepper
Brown the sausage, don’t drain.
Pour flower over sausage and stir until grease is absorbed.
Pour milk over sausage.
Season with black pepper.
Cook for a couple minutes and add more milk until desired thickness.
Easy day.
