@Timetivity There’s a reason why quiet time, or even time spent doing hard things, is important. It trains your mind to be still. The hard times come no matter what.

Prepare yourself for the problems for the stress for the pain that will inevitably come on the path that you’ve chosen for yourself. One of the most critical things is to overcome these times. To not just stop at them and wait or give up entirely. But how do we do that? By practicing calmness. It doesn’t sound like a big thing, but think about it. When times are uncertain, who will win? The one who’s calm and in control of their own mind or the one who’s immediately in panic mode? The answer is clear. I meditate, I calm down intentionally in stress situations and I’m more mindful than ever. It’s not some woo-woo thing. It is the control over yourself and over your future.

If you haven't been living under a rock, you probably would have heard of "AI Agents" by now. But... just what exactly are they? Why do they matter, and what is the hype aound them? Here's what I gathered during my deep dive 👇

More followers won't fix a broken process. I used to refresh after every post. Low numbers. Wrong strategy. Grow faster. That was the loop. Then I realized: 100 followers with a system beats 10,000 without one. System → writing Writing → trust Trust → opportunity Followers are a byproduct. When I stopped chasing the number. I stopped forcing the work. Energy went into writing instead. Better posts. Clearer thinking. You don't need more followers. You need a process that works when nobody's watching.

“I need to start a biz…” 3 months later: • Watched 69 videos. • Read 13 business books. • Shared plans with his mates. • Felt like he’s the main character. Earned $0. “Business is not for me.”

Here’s the hard truth: Most people will never escape average lives. Why? They follow the script: school → job → retirement. They wait for permission. They copy what everyone else is doing. You don’t have to. The internet rewards builders, not followers. • Start creating skills. • Start building an audience. • Start taking control of your path. Your freedom isn’t going to come from luck. It comes from consistent action and learning.

@lifewithskanda The problem is that these motivational dreams create massive dopamine just from thinking they'll be real one day. Things won't get real from dreaming. Only from doing.

"Someday" is the most dangerous word in the English language because it feels like a plan but acts like a prison. If you don't put a date on your vision, you're just a dreamer with an expiration date you haven't realized yet. Hope this opens peoples eyes.

@YousufKamal1995 Really such an easy way to avoid lost deals. Show people the next step. Make it easy for them to give you their attention.

If you are not capturing emails, your traffic is wasted. founders get visitors. Some are genuinely interested. Some are close to buying. But there is nowhere for them to go. No opt-in. A focused educational email course fixes this. It gives people a clear reason to stay.

No one grows in comfort. Growth demands effort, risk, and discomfort. It demands that you face fear and uncertainty. Every challenge, every failure, every obstacle is an opportunity. - They test your strength. - They sharpen your skills. - They reveal your resilience. The people who succeed are not immune to discomfort. → They embrace it. → They act anyway. → They move forward while others hesitate. Comfort is a cage. Growth is the key.

@RTthinks Just imagine how powerful it would be to be able to shut down your anger immediately. Then you'd be in charge of one of the strongest emotions.

You aren’t controlled by your anger. You control it. I’ll prove it to you. Let’s say you’re angry at me. And your mum calls you. Will you pick up the phone and keep the same anger? No. You’ll tone it down and go back to normal. You just controlled your anger :)

You need to understand your client’s situation. And then create an overview: Where is the client currently? What’s the goal? What’s stopping the person? What should be done as the next step? The next time you meet your client, you’re not just prepared, you don’t just understand the client, you’ve already solved half the problem. Track the data and then think about it.

@Timetivity That's where reflection comes in, because growth without reflection is just stagnation in disguise.

A routine can destroy your progress if the routine doesn’t change with it. Growing your income? Adapt your routine. Completed your long term goal? Adapt your routine. Never repeat something that shouldn’t be your standard anymore. Raise your standards continuously.

it is Eli! personally have not tried. So i cant recommend any specific tasks Reason being im not too comfortable with giving it so much permission and data, so im willing to sacrifice a little productivity for that. But there are workarounds for the privacy part - still studying it so I’ll publish a post on that sometime later. Its to do with using seperate computers or servers, so u only give the agent the data it needs and nothing more
