What the hell is wrong with @amazonIN I tried to make an order which they are cancelling again & again yesterday I placed order without having this problem but ofcourse then also there was some issues, but what kind of absurd mail is that our system suspected suspicious order?

Amazon üzerinden 12 Nisan Pazar günü araba paspas takımı siparişi verdim. Sipariş numaram 408-0274571-8921933, kargonun Ekol Kargo takip numarası ise ZA7308599’dur. Salı günü kolay gelsin kargo firmasından kargomun 2 saat içinde tarafıma teslim edileceğine dair mesaj aldım. Ancak mesaja rağmen ne kargo teslim edildi ne de teslimatla ilgili yeni bir bilgilendirme yapıldı. Şu an itibarıyla sipariş üzerinden 4 gün geçti ve hâlâ ürün elime ulaşmadı. Kolay gelsin kargo firmasının müşteri ilişkilerini aradığımda, kargomun kendi şubelerinde bekletildiğini söylediler, başka bir açıklama veya çözüm sunulmadı. Amazon gibi kurumsal bir firmanın, müşteri memnuniyetine bu kadar duyarsız çalışan bir kargo firmasıyla iş birliği içinde olmasını anlamakta güçlük çekiyorum. Siparişimin en kısa sürede teslim edilmesini ve bu gecikme ile ilgilenen, süreç hakkında net bilgi veren bir geri dönüş yapılmasını talep ediyorum. @amazon @AmazonHelp
