Said it before and I’ll say it again. Enzo Maresca was the single best person at his job within this club (non player), and we sacked him all because he wanted new CBs. Think it is safe to say he was right about that at this stage.

Past the stage of anger. Been there and done that. Called for changed. Pleaded. Hoped. Just feel numb and sad now. Constant PR spin and no accountability from those above. PSG have dog walked us on a technical and coaching level over these 2 legs. Rosenior looks out of his depth, I really don’t like the way we defend and press. If you’re talking top level, there’s probably 6-8 players I would keep.

There's no data driven process out there that tells you to spend £25m on Jorgensen, please take my word for it.

@willreyner I don’t think they use the data dept they have. Most data people I know are baffled by the moves we make. I reckon the SDs have final say on all moves and just ignore the data guys a good amount of the time. Issue isn’t data but the people using it.

Clearlake data said Jorgensen was an elite GK. Clearlake data said Sarr would come in and help us in January. This game has done a great job in confirming their model is useless.

@ArchieStanding Manager gotta go as well. Agree the players are not good enough, but the defense has gotten significantly worse with Rosenior’s structure in place. He’s clearly making the problem worse instead of better like an actually competent coach would mange.

Unless we have a complete revamp of our CB’s this summer (amongst many other things) we will continue to struggle. Every great team is built around a solid defence. Our GK and CB’s simply aren’t good enough.

The aura Maresca gains every passing game is nuts. Walking away from this mess is the best thing he could’ve ever did for himself.

Write next season off before it’s started it Rosenior is in charge. Sporting Directors are running this club into the ground and if the owners claim they care they’ll change the model and if they aren’t able to do that they are better off selling before we end up sitting 10th or below.

Can see why Maresca walked from Chelsea. Was crying out for a decent CB and in the summer and was annoyed. Team basically got downgraded from last season. The moment Colwill got an ACL, we should’ve bought a top quality CB. Internal solutions LOL

Liam Rosenior has a lot to answer for the way he’s suddenly binned Sanchez for someone who is clearly a lot worse. Embarrassing crumble.

Liam has thrown this game. Individual errors have played a part but starting Jorgensen has cost us this tie. Unbelievable
