@therealmrbench Lena Diab is incompetent. Mr. Carney, when he returns to Canada, should replace her with a more capable individual. Alternatively, Lena Diab could do the honorable thing and just resign.

The Real Mr Bench@therealmrbench·
Did Lena Diab just imply Canadians are too stupid to understand Liberal immigration spin the first time? She says the Carney Liberals need to “repeat, repeat, repeat” their immigration message. Why? Because Canadians are not buying it. Liberals now claim immigration must be “balanced,” “well-managed,” and must “complement” Canadian workers. After years of reckless intake levels crushing housing, rentals, wages, hospitals, schools, and infrastructure… now they want Canadians to believe they suddenly discovered balance. Canadians are not confused. They heard the Liberal immigration pitch. They just do not believe it anymore.

@vesperdigital Sounds like Canada under Mr. Carney is not a true democracy. Could it be that the corruption is rampant?

🚨CORRUPTION: They can fix it. But they won't!🚨 Duff: The Act doesn't stop conflicts 99% of the time. Liberal MP: But we'd lose experienced people no? Duff: Experienced people with conflicts to protect? Liberal MP: Uhmmm kinda! Duff: So only rich people are experienced? 🙃

@GadSaad Definitely not a good look. Canada will certainly be a lesser country due to you and your family’s departure. Take comfort in the fact that you’re moving to a country that values success and freedom.

In a sane world, governments exist to improve the lives of people (at a minimum). The worst incidents of my life all stem from the provincial and federal governments repeatedly punishing me financially for being successful in ways that make you feel trapped in a Kafkaesque prison of despair. I realize that many Canadians benefit from the system, and hence will exhibit zero empathy but in a just world, this reality should not be tolerated. It can't be that a government owns 65%+ of all of your worth once all taxes are added up. Send me good vibes. Going through a very difficult time.

Wow! Mark Carney thinks that the war with Iran was worth it. Q: Do you believe the war was worth it? A: the number one risk in the global economy is Iran because I've always believed that it's the biggest exporter of terror. It was hell-bent on getting a nuclear weapon. Moving to this position where that's been taken off the table, YES. The reintegration of Iran, this is a regime that needs to learn to be civilized, needs to behave. Great answer and perhaps a total game changer of answer.

@LarryBrockMP His food cost estimates are wildly inaccurate. Ironic that he’s in France. Didn’t the French Revolution erupt because of food and the lack, thereof? He’s blowing smoke up our collective a**es. While he eats sumptuously on the taxpayer dime, we eat the scraps. This isn’t right.

The out-of-touch Prime Minister claimed the average family will spend $10,000 a year on groceries, only $800 a month. He obviously hasn't been to a grocery store recently or isn't reading the right script because according to Canada’s Food Price Report 2026, a family of four is projected to spend $17,572 on food this year. While this government touts numbers well below the national averages to justify their $3.2B recycled failed policy, the media is censoring any criticism in their coverage of Carney‘s grocery price illusion. Canadians have had enough!

Geez, Mark, do you think that the high price of our groceries might just be because your government has inflicted every possible tax on us as consumers and, simultaneously, even more taxes on the folks who produce and transport our food? Stop this insanity or is it some sort of plan?

Mark Carney says families spend $800/month on groceries. 4 steaks at Costco: $78 That’s ONE meal for a family of 4. That’s 10% of his monthly estimate gone in one dinner. The man who expenses gourmet meals to taxpayers just told you what groceries cost. He has no idea. 🇨🇦🥴 #CdnPoli #Carney #Groceries

@Martyupnorth Bugs!! The Liberal government is intent on tabling a bill mandating the consumption of grasshoppers for our protein requirement. The grasshoppers will be free, thus lowering our grocery bills.

🇨🇦🇸🇴 Today, I introduced a private member’s bill that would declare July of every year in Canada as Somali Heritage Month! I’d like to thank MP @HonAhmedHussen for co-sponsoring this bill with me and for his counsel. I hope that all MPs will support this legislation. Canada is home to many Canadians of Somali heritage. Canadians of Somali descent have left and continue to leave a historic mark on Canada, with contributions that span communities across the country and are reflected in Canada’s economic, political, social and cultural life. If passed, Somali heritage month would give us an opportunity to celebrate that heritage, the role that Canada has played in supporting Somali Canadians and their contributions to Canada.

Both the Liberals and the NDP are completely out of touch with middle class Canadians. As Canadians we are already paying an unsustainable amount of taxes, be they federal, provincial, municipal or consumption. We’re also the only country in the world paying a carbon tax….now the NDP would consider that we should pay a global tax? Lunacy. How about eliminating our national debt, lowering our housing, food and fuel costs first!

Avi Lewis, the leader of the Federal NDP party in CAnada wants a global income tax, to redistribute wealth equally across the planet. He's either truly evil, or absolutely retarded. It's not both. Either way, he shouldn't be anywhere near the levers of power.
