Most businesses buying AI right now are buying the wrong thing. Not the wrong technology. The wrong framing. They're asking "what can we automate?" when they should be asking "what business outcome do we actually need and what would it take to get there?" They need to "forget" about AI for a moment... Those are completely different conversations. And they lead to completely different results. Generic automations are cheap (29 a month, maybe?) and provide VERY little value, if any. What actually moves the needle: AI built around your specific pipeline, your retention problem, your competitive blind spots. Systems that are measured against your goals, not against whether the workflow ran successfully last Tuesday. The companies getting real ROI from AI right now aren't the ones with the most automations. They're the ones who stopped treating it like software and started treating it like a strategic hire --- one that's accountable to results. DM me if you want to jam on this topic!

Every single CRM that I come across is built for SaaS companies selling to SaaS companies, or large enterprise clients... They expect that your clients have a HUGE online presence. A lot harder to build a smart AI CRM for businesses that target mid SMBs

First week with zero OpenClaw. every routine, every automation runs on Perplexity Computer now. No command line. No babysitting. Time to service has cratered. I didn't switch for the hype. I switched because my time kept disappearing into a black hole. Now it doesn't.

AI listens to sales calls and tells reps exactly what to say. In real-time. We just built this for a client. Mid-call, the system suggests: "Tell them we also do branding" "Mention the payment plan option" "Upsell X service since they're mentioning Y" It's trained on their documentation and previous conversations. The way I see it, this solves the biggest AI problem: context. Most businesses hand out Claude licenses and wonder why nothing changes. It's because the AI knows nothing about their specific business. You need AI that knows your processes, your offerings, your client history. This isn't generic coaching. It's company-specific intelligence sitting next to your team during every call. What's your team's response time when a prospect asks about something they didn't prepare for? OR when you just hired your latest sales rep?

Mexico really is the closest thing to an ideal country according to U.S. conservative values: Low prices, traditional values, prominent role for religion, fierce patriotism, entrepreneurial culture, big families, gendered social norms, no woke stuff, full of guns, slow pace of life, respect for elders, pro-life sentiment, weak institutions, local over federal governance, authoritarian politics, few regulations or bureaucracy... Incredibly ironic, considering they're doing everything they can to keep the people who hold these values from entering the country If they immigrated en masse, they'd transform the U.S. into a conservative paradise
