From the Marshall Plan’s reconstruction of your war-ravaged empires to the carrier battle groups that have patrolled the Persian Gulf since the Tanker War of the 1980s, America has been your unpaid mercenary, your nuclear umbrella, your global logistics backbone. NATO? Nothing more than the North American Tribute Organization...where the United States shoulders over sixty-five percent of the alliance’s actual spending while your militaries have atrophied into hollow parade-ground husks, underfunded, undermanned, and equipped with yesterday’s gear because you chose cradle-to-grave welfare states and green virtue-signaling over steel and resolve. Geopolitically, the Strait of Hormuz is no academic footnote: it is the jugular vein of the world economy, funneling twenty-one percent of global petroleum liquids...nineteen million barrels a day...through a narrow chokepoint that asymmetric Iranian tactics...mines, anti-ship missiles, speedboat swarms...were designed to threaten precisely because they knew direct confrontation with American naval power was suicide. You forgot that freedom of navigation is not a birthright...it is enforced by gun, steel, and the will to use them. President Trump’s directive is surgical in its venomous precision: Number One, buy the fucking fuel from us...we have plenty. Number Two, grow some long-overdue balls, reconstitute what remains of your navies, sail into the Strait, and TAKE IT. To the Supreme Court: For years the American people have been told that the Constitution requires the United States to grant citizenship to almost anyone born here—without any regard for such key questions like whether or not the parents were in the country legally in the first place. That claim has shaped our immigration system and our politics for decades. It has also reshaped how many people think about what it means to be an American. But if you actually read the Constitution, examine the ratification debates, and research the common law, that claim is far from obvious. And that is why we are here today. This debate is not just about immigration policy. It is about the meaning of American citizenship. Citizenship is not just paperwork issued by the government. It is not a bureaucratic label. Citizenship is the essential bond between a nation and its people. In a republic like ours, that bond carries enormous weight. Because in the United States, sovereignty does not belong to a king or a ruling class. It belongs to the American people themselves. Citizenship defines the legal recognition of who the American people are. Citizenship defines the political community that governs the United States. It defines who exercises the sovereign authority of this republic. For most of our history, Americans understood citizenship in straightforward terms. It reflected allegiance to the United States. It meant loyalty to this country and attachment to its institutions. It meant belonging to the American nation. But over the past several decades that understanding has been steadily pushed aside. Lawyers, activists, and policymakers in Washington have advanced the idea that citizenship has little to do with allegiance or membership in the national community. Under that interpretation, citizenship is devoid of connection to the American people. Instead, regardless of if your parents are tourists, foreign students, or illegally in the country—if you are born here, you are automatically a citizen in equal standing with the American people, even if you have no connection to the national community. That is a dramatic departure from how most nations understand citizenship. And it has produced predictable results. Foreign nationals travel to the United States late in pregnancy for the purpose of securing American citizenship for their children. An entire birth tourism industry has emerged around that goal. Illegal immigration is fueled by the belief that a child born here will receive automatic citizenship. And one of the most serious institutions of the American republic is increasingly treated like a loophole in the immigration system. Citizenship should never be a loophole. Citizenship should mean belonging. Every serious nation recognizes that citizenship reflects membership in a national community. It reflects allegiance. It reflects loyalty to a country and its laws. Nations also recognize something else. They have the sovereign right to define the boundaries of their own political community. A nation that cannot determine who belongs to its political community begins to lose control of its sovereignty. A nation that cannot define who belongs to it has lost control of its sovereignty. The Constitution addresses this issue directly. The Fourteenth Amendment provides that all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States. Those words matter. “Subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” That phrase reflects allegiance. It reflects political authority. It reflects belonging to the United States. The Supreme Court should have the courage to do what is right and what the constitution demands. End the Birthright citizenship scam for Illegal Aliens and Tourists.

Thanks to birth tourism, Chinese billionaires are paying surrogates to birth their children on U.S. soil so the babies are American citizens. The children are taken back to China after birth, raised as communists, then when they’re 18, they’re allowed to vote in U.S. elections. THAT is why birthright citizenship must end. 1M votes swings any election. Soon the Chinese communists will “legally” control our elections. Unless we end birthright citizenship.

BOMSHELL Exposure: Republican Congressman Tim Burchett Took to the Camera to Totally EXPOSE The Key Staffer for RINO Senator Mitch McConnell Who Is The Mastermind Behind Blocking The SAVE Act! According to Rep. Burchett, Sen. Mitch McConnell's (R-KY) chief of staff, Terry Carmack, is the snake responsible for stalling the SAVE America Act. Burchett argued that Carmack is trying to keep this bill, which focuses on voter ID and proof of citizenship, along with restricting mail-in voting, out of committee to protect Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) and Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) from debate pressure and to keep the bill from becoming law! Explaining what is going on, Rep. Burchett noted that much of the work coming out of McConnell's office is apparently being handled by his staffers, as McConnell is too senile to do the work. He then compared McConnell to former President Joe Biden and the significant cognitive decline he experienced in his final years in office, the years of the infamous autopen scandal. Burchett believes the same thing is happening to the Kentucky senator, who is thankfully not seeking re-election this year, and that Carmack is the one stalling efforts to pass the SAVE Act before those midterms

This is absurd. Actually. "I was thinking, you know, I'm a U.S. citizen, am visiting Japan. And what it means is that, you know, if I steal someone's wallet in Japan, the Japanese authorities can arrest me and prosecute me. It's allegiance, meaning can they control you as a matter of law?" "So there's this relationship based on—even though I'm a temporary traveler, I'm just on vacation in Japan, I'm still locally owing allegiance in that sense. Is that the right way to think about it?" "And if so, doesn't that explain why both temporary residents and undocumented people would have that kind of, quote-unquote, allegiance, just by virtue of being in the United States?"
