There is no worse airline than @AmericanAir None. It’s not even close. 5:23 departure 3:23 receive email flight delayed until 5:38 Driving over, notice flight says 5:00 departure. What? It had to be a mistake. Boarding pass now says 5:00 departure with a 5:23 schedule. Should not matter, because the gate closes 15 minutes early, right? Get to the gate 19 minutes before scheduled departure. 5:04 for you math wizards. I made it, right? Wrong. No compensation. No care. 120k miles flown last year. I’m done flying American.
