From a Seyi Makinde perspective, this is a great move. He's not deluding himself to think he'd win, he wont. But what this gives him is an opportunity to boost the chances of downward candidates for Gov, NASS & HOA. There is no bigger motivation than this.

@Backarray Not so straight forward, the nass and hoa have to work hard for any vote they would get. If their strategy is reliance on GSM Tsunami, that would a great political disaster at the poll. APC is still a force to recon with in Oyo. The pdp structure would also play a spoiler.
