@CodingIncloud_ one huuundred percent. staying is comfortable bc everyone tells you persistence pays off. but pivoting is messy.. it annoys people. it shrinks your safety net. do it anyway.
English

@CodingIncloud_ I agree, and I think values play a huge role here.
Pivoting itself is not always the hard part. The hard part is deciding whether it’s time to stay or time to go.
Once your values are clear, the courage to move often follows.
English

@CodingIncloud_ It’s hard to pivot, but so fulfilling as you get to learn new things and follow your curiosity
English

@CodingIncloud_ Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
—Proverbs 3:5-6
English

@CodingIncloud_ Never pivot.
You must ride out the momentum, let the energy evolve.
True for success, squeeze til it’s dry.

@CodingIncloud_ I think many people stay in the wrong lives for far too long because they confuse familiarity with alignment and fear with responsibility.
English

@CodingIncloud_ It’s better to try and fail than never trying because you are scared of failure.
English

@CodingIncloud_ A lot of people waste years trying to force a life they already outgrew because starting over feels embarrassing. Pivoting is courage, not failure.
English

@CodingIncloud_ always funny how people say pivot like it’s a casual Tuesday thing
English

@CodingIncloud_ Staying stuck isn’t always fear. Sometimes it’s a body running on so much stress it can’t afford to read change as anything but danger.
English

@CodingIncloud_ sometimes it’s curiosity, sometimes it’s necessity. the real skill is knowing when sticking longer helps vs when it’s just sunk cost.
English

@CodingIncloud_ The hardest part of pivoting isn't the decision. It's tolerating the identity discomfort of no longer being the person who does the thing you're leaving behind. That grief is real and it deserves acknowledgment before the excitement kicks in.
English

@CodingIncloud_ What usually tells you it’s time to pivot?
English

@CodingIncloud_ Knowing when to stop is as important as knowing how to push. The hard part is telling the difference.
