@DFS Waste of time putting this on Twitter. I like others have been waiting since June 6th 2021 and still no sofa 🛋 delivered. I have tried to contact you on various occasions but alas still no reply. After checking the tracker again my delivery date has been put back. Come on DFS 😡

@DFS Shocking customer service..sofa delivered 3 weeks ago but missing chair and footstool. At least 4 people promised to call me back with an update. Complaints dept still not answered our email and today footstool delivered but still no chair! I'm so upset and fed up..never again!!

@DFS DONT BUY FROM DFS - sofas are crap quality and the good luck trying to get anything fixed…. I’ve had 3 months of waiting and have been told this morning I need to wait another month. Sofa is 2 years old and was over £3k…. Worst customer service ever 😡

@DFS As you can see so many positive comment, with so much negativity will you survive this difficult period, you are full of promises but every time you are letting customers down, yes we understand times are difficult but why make so many promises but not honour them

@DFS Disgusting company ..worst customer service ever. My 84 year old mum has been waiting for a footstool since May...numerous delivery dates, incorrect items delivered ....its just deplorable ...I would never use them again or recommend to anyone.

@DFS Stop selling suites and promising that they will be delivered within 16 weeks!! We order ours in July and have had 5 delivery dates and still no suite. Customer service is appalling, I wish I’d never walked into DFS 😡

@DFS Terrible company and customer care. They have taken our money but not delivered goods. Supposedly the customer services can’t get in contact with their distribution centre.

@DFS A whole load of crap! I have been waiting for my delivery since May!!! 5 good months!!! The delivery date just got pushed to October. It was due today! What BS is really going on? Same excuse about pingdemic, shortages and disingenuous apologies! Do the right thing! Worst ever!!!

@DFS Can I have the DM address Vanessa about my delivery? I have 2 text messages saying you have tried to call me. I believe that true on one day but not the day of the 2ntext. I have rung back twice and been cut off whilst waiting at minute 12 both times. Had the whirring live chat.

@DFS I'm out if words to describe this company and customer service their provide. Just wanted to let other people know how bad it is and that they wouldn't be in a situation I'm right now. They haven't delivered my full order and now completely ignoring me. Such a bad service...

@DFS Good luck getting a reply 😂 it took 6 weeks for me to even get a call back from a manager after umpteen phone calls just to be told it’s been passed to a manager every time. I had to go to my local dfs store and refused to budge until it was sorted out there and then.

@DFS Track your order is a load of rubbish I was 1 of 6 on Saturday!! It never showed up! No one called me!! And I still don’t know what happened?? Apparently it’s coming tomorrow.. took a day off work I won’t be holding my breath! Unprecedented times I accept to a point but call me!

@DFS Unfortunately delivery booked in, got rid of our old sofa on day of ‘delivery’ for new sofa not to be delivered and no new delivery date, no explanation and no more information. Shocking customer service!!!

@DFS Absolutely disgusted! Ordered my suite on the 8th of July. Meant to be here in October, then end of October, then told November, then told 10th December. Now received an email saying it won't be here until January! Not impressed at all & will not be recommending!

@DFS Do you think it’s possible that I could speak with a human being? I have called three times and am put on hold. After 22 minutes, the line goes silent. I am unable to track my order as I was not given an order number

@DFS So if you knew this in August why were you advertising guaranteed Christmas deliveries in September. It’s not on. Literally picked that specific one because of the ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery’.
