@FirstSquawk I have been looking into this and it seems companies are being incentivized to hire people who need to meet the 20 hour work requirement. Most of these people are absorbing the entry level jobs that would typically go to teenagers entering the workforce.

@FirstSquawk My 18 yo granddaughters couldn't find a job last summer. This year they had a tough time too, but JUST got hired. They live in a huge bustling city.
