@O2 I assume that no Compensation will be issued for poor service and inconvenience I suggest that at least everyone should be reimbursed for today and I have noticed in picadilly area for a while poor or no coverage during the day is this just part of the o2 excellent service

@O2 I am disappointed there was no redundancy in the O2 mobile network. I expect O2 to give its private mobile broadband customers in UK a rebate of at least 1/30 monthly subscription fees. Business customers may have other claims based on their service contracts.

@O2 Had to come to Costa to use WiFi. I’ve had 5 large coffees, cost me £97, the caffeine in turn has made me spend £500 internet shopping, booked 7 holidays and I now sponsor a donkey in Dorset (clicked by mistake). Hope you’re proud of yourselves & you’ll be refunding me it all 🐴
