@O2 may I ask why I cannot find my order？

@O2 I want to revert to my original tariff and I can find nowhere to go to reduce it. All the web sites try to sell me even more capacity when in fact I want to reduce it. Should I just cancel or adjust the direct debit J.

@O2 How do I go on to these sites without turning on my data?? I don't have WiFi or broadband only mobile data and using it to try and work from home and do my sons work too I'm getting through my allowance quickly so anything that helps is very welcomed.

@O2 Vodafone have given their customers unlimited data for the duration of lockdown... Is this something you will be doing? Running out of data and no Internet atm so would be handy so I can stream!

@O2 Please help!!!! My mum has run out of data and called to ask for more so they sold her a bolt on starting April 2nd. She is 74 years old and alone in isolation. We live 80 miles away and she has been face timing her grandchildren for her sanity. Ordering food and prescriptions
