@O2 Please help!!!! My mum has run out of data and called to ask for more so they sold her a bolt on starting April 2nd. She is 74 years old and alone in isolation. We live 80 miles away and she has been face timing her grandchildren for her sanity. Ordering food and prescriptions

@virginmedia No difference at all. No or poor Wifi. I have bought boosters costing me over £100s just so when the signal does work it reaches the kitchen. Very occasionally upstairs. We have to buy 3G portable data for upstairs as virgin doesn’t work This reaches the whole house Unlike virgin
