Not so happy for me. Your call centre staff damaged my credit elligibility and I've been through weeks of hell not knowing what will happen. I was planning to switchup then shut down two of my contracts. I can't because your negligence has trapped me in them. Today would have been my nan's 101st birthday. We lost her last December. I was supposed to be focused on her memory, not having to explain what you did to me to a barely informed assistant manager. He was earnest in wanting to help but it became clear to me that no progress had been made and the other manager that was handling my complaint passed the buck. He just took over an hour of my life I don't get back and then didn't help me yet again. Finishing that lost time with the news that someone in your company cancelled my formal complaint. That's pretty below the belt O2. You really know how to destroy your customers. Thanks for thoroughly depressing me on her birthday. Take your damn phones back. #O2hell

Spent over an hour on the phone talking with a manager who didn't seem to have the actual ability to help me. Still stuck, O2. You are now causing health damaging levels of stress. I found out from thus guy that someone in your company tried shutting down my complaint without my consent. I'm calling the ombudsman tomorrow. They can help me anytime if you engage in scumbag tactics like that. Trying to reset the two month clock won't work. I wish I'd never come back to this company.

@O2 My phone has been blocked by O2 for 5 days now. The number is being used by fraudsters. Someone from UAE contacted me on WhatsApp asking why I was calling them! How did O2 allow my number to be cloned and used? Do you have staff that are compromising your clients accounts?
