@C_3C_3 You shouldn't even be eligible for public office if you're foreign-born. The rules that are being exploited here were written in the 1700s, back when EVERYONE was an immigrant—even our Founding Fathers. We need to seriously rethink our Constitution, folks.

@OldeWorldOrder @C_3C_3 I agree. It should be amended to prohibit felons and criminals from holding office such as the office of the President. Those positions should be reserved for those who demonstrate integrity and respect for the law. Simple common sense.

@OldeWorldOrder @C_3C_3 What's "good behavior". These judges can be sacked based on that interpretation for Article 3 judges: Need House to impeach by a majority. Senate to try and 2/3 vote.

@OldeWorldOrder @C_3C_3 unfortunately it will be almost impossible to change unless you get majority of dems to vote in favor of changing it

@OldeWorldOrder @C_3C_3 It's not the Constitution that is to blame. It's all the Acts/Laws that our so-called representatives have enacted that defy the Constitution. Remember, "A Law repugnant to the Constitution is Null and Void." Marbury v. Madison (1803)

The difference with these illegal immigrants is they have no regard for our Constitution, our language, or our Christian faith. They want to impose their Sharia Law, not assimilate by learning the language, and wink at sin when it comes to obeying our laws. This invasion of unlawful individuals is orchestrated by people who are enemies of our Republic, namely, the Demoncrats or progressives. Their ultimate objective is to change the demographics of this country, give the invaders freebies, while convincing their disciples to embrace their propaganda and lies. Illegals, go back to your country of origin and get in line and enter lawfully and assimilate!

Just so, and it will take a constitutional amendment to update our founding document to address 21st century challenges our Founding Fathers couldn't possibly have imagined from their 18th century perspective. That's why every American should be lobbying their state representatives to call for a Convention of States. The Founders realized they couldn't see into the future, so they wisely gave us the ability to update and upgrade our most basic laws in Article V of the Constitution. See below: Methods for Proposing Amendments Congressional Proposal: Congress can propose an amendment if two-thirds of both the House and Senate vote to do so. State-Initiated Convention: If legislatures of two-thirds (currently 34) of the states apply, Congress must call a national convention to propose amendments. Methods for Ratifying Amendments Legislative Ratification: Three-fourths of the state legislatures (currently 38) must ratify. Convention Ratification: Three-fourths of the states (via special conventions) must ratify. If you don't vote, if you don't force your state legislature to vote for a states convention, you have no right to bitch about our problems. The only way to solve these problems is to do something about them! Join Convention of States @COSProject to learn more.

@OldeWorldOrder @C_3C_3 Constitution and the amendments after the tenth, and all the stupid legislation and court precedents since then. Basically everything needs to be revamped. There's only one way to do that, and it's not democracy.

before the revolution, we were "subjects" of the king, by birth. then we became "settlers" . then by consent we became citizens in a reprsentative democracy. we consented to be governed by the constitution. our government set laws for "imigrants" to become citizens. founding fathers were settlers, they formed a government which made them citizens, owing allegience to the constitution. founding father could not be immigrants, there was no "country" only colonies subject to a king
