@MikeFitzMN @MarketPalmer_ Imagine being a life long Minnesota Vikings fan...
English

@MarketPalmer_ Dude, we haven’t won anything big since 1991…
And don’t forget our $19B surplus that evaporated… and we all know why sadly
English

People love to rip on Minnesota.
But I love living here.
– Top 10 in happiness
– Top 5 in life expectancy
– Top 4 in quality of life
– Top 2 in where to raise a family
Throw in 4 major sports teams and getting to experience all 4 seasons, and it's nowhere near as bad as people make it sound.

@OptimizedPort What are your thoughts of having cash as part of the fixed income allocation with no intention of using at as dry powder? Instead just part of the asset allocation for rebalancing.
For example an 80/20. 18% BND and 2% Cash (VMFXX).

@CoachDanGo @lennartprimal The left picture, I ran half marathon s and 10k's.
In the right picture I quit running, hit the gym, built muscle, good nutrition/lean protien and walk on the treadmill at an incline mostly. I like to bike also.
50 years old, 145lbs. Muscle is key to quality of life.

If you eat this every day and don't feel like your balls are going to explode and you're going to bleed out

Top 3 foods to boost your Testosterone levels: 1. Oysters = highest Zinc content out of all foods -> required for Testosterone synthesis and conversion of Testosterone into DHT + they contain GnRH like peptides 2. Eggs = rich in Cholesterol (precursor of every steroid hormone + full of fat soluble Vitamins like A,D,E and K2 (essentials for Testosterone synthesis) 3. Red Meat = also high in Zinc + B Vitamins + Creatine + Carnitine

All nutrituin/diet and the gym.

I'll probably have a bit more muscle at 60 if I keep at it.
No juice!

English

@GuruAnaerobic @BeeterPan @gigyjoes @_baklon You look great. No question. If you’re honest than you are truly exceptional. It is rare for anyone to look like that in their 60s. Congratulations.
English

@GuruAnaerobic The steroid cope comments are from jealous fatties.
Keep up the good work!

@BoomerDivvies Thinking dividends by themselves can get you to early retirement quickly and then realizing total return can get you there quicker but then it's too late.....

@xxspicypotatoxx @anymanfitness There were the hippies and now we have gen z. The hippies figured it out and e coded being a hippy was a collosal failure and a wate of time. Most of them are now boomers.
English

@anymanfitness YoUrE wAsTiNg YoUr TiMe. WTF ARE YOU DOING BOOMER. jfc you people are brain broken. So your suggestion is "just work harder when people in power make it harder. Dont vote for change don't try to help younger generations" YOU are the reason our economy is where it's at.
English

Now that I’m done shitposting, real talk.
Yeah inflation is a b!tch. The cost of goods is insane. House prices are ridiculous. As are interest rates.
I have 2 zoomer daughters. I worry about them all the time. I don’t know how they’ll afford a home, groceries, or anything else. Even in Michigan, a decent COL area, starter homes are $400k+.
But the whole point of my Boomer-ish takes on this app are because of one fact:
This isn’t going to change any time soon.
You are wasting your time rage posting and getting bent out of shape on social media.
Instead, do something about it. Find ways to save money. Increase your skills. Job hop to increase income. Grind, hustle, and do what you gotta do.
When I first started teaching the old head union dudes would pressure me to go to protests in Lansing (capital building). They’d say “we are going to yell and scream until we get what we deserve!”
I never went. It rubbed me the wrong way. I’m not about to whine, cry, beg, and complain about “the system” or “the man”.
Because it’s damn near impossible to change that.
But it’s not overly difficult to change yourself and your situation if you have some perseverance, grit, and a baseline of intelligence.
English

@anymanfitness Wait until you retire early. The cope comments will get worse from friends and family.
