If you are thinking of switching to @virginmedia for your broadband just don't bank on them turning up on thd day they promise to install. The big sell was great. The reality since is very different!

@bt_uk we’re without broadband and phone line due to switching mistake by BT-you advised Sky to disconnect too early. This is a health risk as our daughter’s epilepsy sensor matt is wifi enabled. I have had to pay for bt wifi and it’s patchy at best-I require this refunded.

@bt_uk this is beyond unreasonable! Now 6 whole weeks and still waiting for BT to sort their act out and get my broadband activated. Has anyone else has this issue when switching to BT. Really wish I’d stayed with EE😡. No one has any answers for me. Can someone @bt sort this out

Worst experience ever switching from @EE to @bt_uk for broadband!! I’m now without broadband until Thursday. Whole experience has been shocking!! Not sure what company is to blame, they’re supposed to be the same company!! Avoid at all costs!!!

@easyJet @Gatwick_Airport where for the love of god are the bags from all the cancelled flights this afternoon. People now just want to go home or to bed in a hotel courtesy of easyJet. And some food would be good. Some people have been here for hours

Well @easyJet can suck all my dicks. No aircon at Gatwick, sat on the plane for hours, bullshit excuse as to why the flight eventually cancelled which differed from the excuse to a million other flights. Left high and dry.

Too tired to describe the farce that is #easyjet @#Gatwick London. Flight cancelled from 6.10pm .. ill people on mobility scooters with carers, older people, families & babies etc stranded .. peops not entitled to food vouchers but 1 bottle water. 😠

@easyJet My son was booked on a flight from Gatwick to Chania today at 4 pm , flight got cancelled butvleft on the plane for 3.5 hours,no information,no food ,no accommodation and offered a flight on the 14 th . Shocking lack of customer service .

@easyJet criminal what is happening at Gatwick today. Flights cancelled repeatedly & families left with nowhere to sleep. Disabled lady in tears as 400 hotel tickets given with only 31 rooms available.

@easyJet our flight from Copenhagen to Gatwick was cancelled today. We had holiday package, you've booked us flights to Manchester landing 11pm tomorrow night with no onward travel arrangements to Gatwick. How do we get refund for this shambolic lack of customer care?

@TUIUK We were stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 6 hours today at Gatwick. Only offered 1 bottle of water between 2 people and no explanation from your pilot. Still no news on if flight BY5748 is rescheduled for tomorrow.
