@ClownForClowney @gsolis52 @quinnjmiller @RobertMathis98 @NFL That NIL money shits on 4th or 5th round money. His NIL deal is $5M.
English

@gsolis52 @quinnjmiller @RobertMathis98 @NFL I think he’s good enough to be drafted in the 4th or 5th then become a solid NFL QB
English

I’m literally dumbfounded…. The @NFL is no longer the goal here??? He ended college career with his draft stock very high so what am I missing here seriously?

@UgcSam Same label as in one label type but two labels (first one for the packing list and the second for the shipping), or putting the packing list and shipping info on one label? I assume the former since the later means the packing info would be in the outside of the box.
English

@UgcSam Yikes. F that. I would try Rollo 4x6 next. I think that’s $199. If my dymo broke that’s what I would get next.

@johnhickey1970 @jlarkin353 What’s a poor business result for you though? MER?
English

John I optimize for spend to be honest.
I try not to shut off ads that are spending.
If you mean what is the goal of the campaign those are conversion campaigns with purchase as the goal
I’m looking in the ads manager optimizing by moving ads from testing to scaling I’m not gonna kill an ad that’s spending in ASC unless I’m having a poor business result and it’s dominating the spend.

@johnhickey1970 🙌🏾What is working? What has changed from this time last year?
English

@fast_to_market @johnhickey1970 I find Upwork and Fiver to be pretty similar. Upwork maybe an edge if you need US based personnel. Spending about $2k/month across both platforms.
English

@johnhickey1970 I guarantee you can multiply by a considerable factor whatever efficiency you have with your fiverr guys, just by moving to upwork (better in avg)
There is a huge invisible cost to be working with mediocre talent. They make you miss opportunities you didn’t even know existed.
English

@johnhickey1970 @Kent_Wilson And thanks for the detailed reply. I need to step my game up also.
English

Good question reminding me to get to work.
So we started out with running some top performers.
Then thinking of the place that these consumers would be in in other words are not knowing who we are we wanted to make some real top of the funnel brand awareness ads
so I went and looked through our library and realized we didn’t have anything specifically for that area at the top of the funnel mostly because we’ve never done reach before so then I decided that we would film that stuff but this was like November 22 or something like that when I started thinking about it so now I need to go do that
Thanks for the reminder
English

@johnhickey1970 @Kent_Wilson You making ads specifically for brand awareness or just using your conversion goal winners?
English

@JSarumin @Kent_Wilson Keep it low and watch MER keeping in mind things like seasonal ebbs and flows and other factors we have no control over.
If MER takes a dive that motherfucker is the first to go.
English

@johnhickey1970 @Kent_Wilson How do you assess the value in brand awareness ads?
English

@Kent_Wilson Yeah I’m running brand awareness now.
Been doing it for a month.
English

@mar_szychowski I’m taking at @wearetheselect course right now. He’s got a bunch of things the teaches .
English

@mgherter @justkiddng1 @BillSzoverdu @snmrrw You actually think you would net out paying fewer taxes and hard costs if that shit was privatized, doofus?
English

@justkiddng1 @BillSzoverdu @snmrrw MF it is not FREE. Your taxes pay for it, you absolute lawn flamingo
English

@johnhickey1970 How do you measure if a produce launch was successful? And what’s the review period, ie first 90 days velocity?
English

@johnhickey1970 FYI, your 20% off sticky reminder button is still showing.
English

@johnhickey1970 Which changes were the most negatively impactful? How do you test the changes? Intelligems?
English

Conversion disaster.
I’ve always had an SOP that any changes that are proposed are looked at from the idea will it have a negative or positive effect on revenues then we test those in a rare case if we have no choice we will roll things out and watch very carefully to see what happens.
In about May I had started to move away from day-to-day management and other people were taking over they got rid of some of my protocols.
Conversion is down like 35% or so most of it in the ad to cart area.
We’ve had some good recent gains(makes me look like a superhero-so thanks lol)lately but man people just don’t use the brains that they are given.
@C_Shelefontiuk is doing solid work to get us back to where he got us last year.
