No. In criminal law, to infer intent, you check whether the actions are consistent with the "reasonable person". A person who stabs someone in the heart is more likely to have intended to murder than if he stabbed them in the leg.
The fact that Israel can kill much much more and so easily, but didn't - indicates a lack of intent.

Who are you, particularly as a non-Jew, to say what I, as a Jew, should be concerned about? As a Jew, I think rising anti-Semitism, particularly on the left, is a pretty important issue for my children and me. I get that you don't see it the same way, but that doesn't make it a random obsession or something to be blithely dismissed.
Also, plenty of people are tweeting criticism of Donald Trump. I think that area is covered. A lot fewer people seem concerned about rising anti-Semitism, particularly on the left ... which is why people like me, and the folks at Jewish Insider, are talking about it.
