Both of my maternal grandparents had colon cancer. My mom has had four pre-cancerous polyps removed, and shares that my late uncle had "insane amounts" of pre-cancerous polyps removed. The mission we're we're working towards @ThroneScience could very well save my own life.

I’ve seen a lot of people complaining on here today about different kinds of crippling joint pain. I have bad knees, wrist, scoliosis, and two collapsed discs. When I eat a low inflammatory diet, all my pain goes away. 75% of my diet is red meat. The diet won’t cure you but it will put the pain in remission. It took 9 weeks of clean eating for me to be pain free. I have been eating this way for 3 years. When I eat things I shouldn’t, I feel it in my back first and it reminds me to cut the inflammatory food out.

If every specialist can’t figure out what’s wrong with you… there is a high chance you have bartonellosis.

The stack continues to recalibrate … Tadalifil 5mg daily Telmisartan 20mg daily NAC 600mg MWF VitC 250mg daily DIM 100mg daily Ubiquinol 100mg daily Urolithin A 1000mg daily Nattokinase 12,000FU daily Fish Oil 2.8g daily Citicoline 250mg daily Phosphatidylserine 100mg daily Pregnenolone 100mg EON Once weeklies: A, D, K, E, methyfolate, zinc If I’m feeling a bit run down with the above: B1, B2, B3, and B12 I take Saturdays off of the pills. Testosterone is now EOD. Peptides (not daily) in rotation or PRN: HCG. Tirz. BPC157, Tb4, KPV, GHK-cu, Ta1 I was able to drop the statin when I started running. Neat. Running is medicine. I’ll finish my bottle of urolithin A and be done with that for awhile. Maybe use it twice per year. Idk. I’ve finished two weeks of selank/semax. Not sure what I think. The neuronal support is new. And I think mechanistically makes sense with androgens, caffeine, and stessful work. They will be given a solid three months. NAC has switched to a lower and pulsed dosing that I think is more inline with optimal glutathione production. I don’t think “cycled” is the right approach. I continue to recommend 1200mg daily while using any oral anabolic. Pregnenolone helps me sleep better. Also backfills upstream precursors for adrenal hormones. I’ve been able to actually reduce a lot of my supplements and pills. And I’m using my peptides in a much more targeted fashion. Every lever you pull has a cascade of effects. Also just pulling big on a lever doesn’t, surprisingly to intuition, often net bigger results. And can often have longer term unintentional or unwanted net negative effects.

this is true, carbs are essential. but many people can’t tolerate them. and it’s definitely not because carbs are bad. the small intestine absorbs carbs. but when there’s a bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), the carbs get fermented when they should be absorbed instead. this fermentation produces gases (hydrogen, methane, hydrogen sulfide). now because of this gas, you experience that bloating 30-60mins after a meal. but it’s not just bloating. methane slows the MMC (sweeps all the bacteria) leading to further bacterial overgrowth, creating a nasty loop. hydrogen activates mast cells, releasing histamine which makes your gut leaky. that leaky gut means endotoxins circulate leading to inflammation everywhere in the body. that inflammation targets everything we need for performance in the gym. the leydig cells (what produces testosterone) are now suppressed, there’s less igf-1 signalling, less mTOR activation. by addressing the bacterial overgrowth, helping the MMC work like it should and by strengthening your gut barrier you get rid of all those issues downstream, and you’ll be able to tolerate carbs again.

Just had my shingles vaccination, had to pay as not eligible on the NHS. Told the vaccinator I was doing it to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and she said her last customer was a neuroscientist there for the same reason. 💉

There is nothing necessarily wrong with the Black Seed Oil that's affecting your sleep directly You said in an earlier post one of the side effects was jaw clenching. That's a sign of parasites and I get jaw clenching whenever I take antiparasitics and have die-off The Black Seed oil is causing Herzheimer's reactions and you are having die-off because it is killing stuff off. Ultimately this is a good sign It's hell and it sucks but you have to keep on going until you can take it and not notice any die-off reactions

MEBENDAZOLE PATENT for CANCER Treatment Uncovered! You know those low IQ people (including many doctors) who use the term "dewormer"? Mebendazole is an "animal dewormer" like Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. On Sep.7, 2021, Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD secured a patent for MEBENDAZOLE for this use: 1. Repurposed for Glioblastoma Therapy (as an oral drug mebendazole polymorph C is a superior form, and it reaches the brain and brain tumors in effective concentrations) 2. May also be used for therapy of other cancers, as well as a chemo-preventative agent. The title of the patent: "Mebendazole Polymorph for Treatment and Prevention of Tumors"
