@AirCanada I have been trying to set up an Aeroplan account. I am blind and have tried opening the account with the iPhone app and directly through the Air Canada website, but I am experiencing accessibility barriers. Please help
@Chase just try to get them to correct their own error. I looked online and it told me to call. After talking to three different people, they told me to go to the app. Try to find what you need on a poorly designed app

@lyft their driver played games with me. He kept saying I'm here at door three. When I would write him back, he would write back saying OK. So, I would say, where are you? He would answer, OK. Then he canceled the ride and I'm being charged $16. so much for Lyft.
@lyft So, I must say Lyft was incredibly responsive. They contacted me immediately and were able to review the text exchanges with the driver. While the driver left a lot to be desired, the lift representative who contacted me was great.
