Esto sí es interesante… un Bolo de Dexametasona (1 mg/kg!) p/ 15 min antes de empezar una Laparotomía de Emergencia 🔪 se asoció a menor Inflamación Posquirúrgica, pero… en Todo les fue mejor! Se observó menor mortalidad y morbilidad y muchos otros beneficios, que, aunque no fueron el objetivo primario, pueden generar hipótesis para replicar el estudio a mayor escala para comprobarlo.
