@astoundconnects I just got off call with your customer service team they did a test. It’s intermittent but I shouldn’t be getting 15 download when I’m paying for 150 download.
When you only give the option to “cancel order” with no other option you should not TAKE people’s money without DIRECTING them to support. PATHETIC behavior.
Thank you for absolutely NOTHING @Uber_Support you stole my money because of a mistake YOU made on your app. The store NEVER made my food or maybe it was stolen not like you’d research that. You bounced my order between 2 drivers and then when the second went food was GONE.

#Silverdale: We have all available resources working to restore service as well as local law enforcement onsite with us. We anticipate connectivity will begin to restore for some customers in the next few hours & are working diligently to have full restoration as soon as possible
@Zodettt@astoundconnects That’s what the theives keep doing to the cables yet, astound can’t seem to do anything about it or prevent it. Maybe if this keeps happening they’ll be forced to sell.
