Where is Rs390 billion contingency fund. There should be an independent committee to investigate it. How much of it is used to offset FBR shortfall and how much of it’s used to fund expenses that don’t fall in its purview. The petroleum levy collection is exceeding annual targets. Why ? What happened to record much trumpeted fiscal stabilization and primary surpluses. These questions warrant impartial and objective answers.
