@amazonIN ordered a fan 407-2396526-5820349 on 22sep…got a faulty fan on 23rd…raised replacement…and it got cancelled without visiting my house and checking defective piece, on 27sep…upon cllng ur helpdesk…ur agent is not ready to raise complaint…is that service u provide?

@amazonIN Fresh Prepaid order 404-0938251-2061138. Neither order delivered nor money refunded by CS, but Status shows DELIVERED. Dodgy CS wastes 45 min in verifications/email approvals n transfers calls to 3 different teams. Still no resolution. @nch1915 Pathetic @AmitAgarwal.

@AmazonHelp Fresh Prepaid Order #404-4562893-4717904 was to be delivered today 12Sep25 between 7-10pm. Delivery person didn't come but marked order as "Order not delivered: Your order was refused upon delivery." Delivery agents are fooling Amazon and customer. CS unhelpful.

@AmazonHelp Order 405-1173142-7693940 of 30 Jun 25 delivered but item missing in package. When complained CR said to call back in 3 days time as order was COD. Pls callback customer as earlier as possible on your own instead of making customer chase @amazonIN for resolution.
