@amazonIN - your method of business not change, package should delivery by 12PM, and got message parcel delivery delayed and contact to cc -if its not possible before 12PM, you would say will do it by next day rather saying oneday/overnight shipping and delivery - pity on this

@amazon @jeffbezos It’s been over a month since I raised a warranty claim for my Rossmann stand blender, and still no resolution. Despite multiple complaints, neither Amazon nor Rossmann has taken any meaningful action. Very disappointing experience and the worst customer service
