@AmazonHelp I am not available tomorrow to return the package as its already been 7 days and want the team to collect the package today. If the delivery guy comes tomorrow then no one will be there to return the item.

As you mentioned the concerned person gave me a call and I was mentioning the details while he hung up on me saying that it was shifted to other property. I am not sure how the customer support team is running at OYO. Nobody is ready to listen the actual problem.
