@wesbos How’s your experience with Cloudflare images? You done a show about it?

Now that my personal site has been on Cloudflare for ~4 months, I thought I'd share the hosting bill for a RSC site. As a base, I pay $5/mo for Workers and $5/mo for images. On top of that overages were: September was $0.14 for compute and $7.50 for image transformation So about $20/mo My site has about ~1500 pages and ~2500 images with a 1 hour cache before regenerating. This also includes some light use of KV and D1 for caching data

.@helpscout pulling another pricing scam like nobody's watching 3 days ago, I was billed $1584 for a year in advance, only to find out today that in 6 months this won't be enough to cover the entire year because of their new pricing scam. Did I mention that the new pricing will cost us 2x?

@MailerLite Can I build a custom connection for my eCommerce site so I can use abandoned cart feature at MailerLite or does it need to use one of your prebuilt ones? I use a shopping cart you have not integrated. Thanks

@jeffrey_way @Fastmail Me too but it is flagging emails as spam like crazy since 7th Feb. Emails that are part of a thread is marked as spam. This is really bad! I hope for a good explanation or as you say.. switch service

@Fastmail Been a fan of Fastmail for years, but I must say the spam filtering (or lack of) and search is really giving me trouble. It's making me want to switch services.

@postmarkapp The mail server [104.245.xxx.215] has been temporarily rate limited due to IP reputation. Are you automatically alerted to these issues? None delivered emails are piling up. Thanks.

What’s the best transactional email service currently ? Affordable and simple API

@TimoSolo @WoofyDoggo @peterbowyer @postmarkapp I switched the SMTP provider but still a lot of work making sure every email has been sent. A month ago I was looking into other options than Postmark. I guess I should get back on that.

@WoofyDoggo @peterbowyer @boomyweb @postmarkapp Yeah was trying to find a temporary workaround but doesn’t seem to be one (other than switching smtp provider or using postmark API)

@postmarkapp Anyone else having SSL issues with Postmark? Can't connect to their smtp server.

@peterbowyer @TimoSolo @postmarkapp Postmark has dropped in quality lately. Perhaps due to the takeover by @ActiveCampaign Status page was not updated yet they claim to be monitoring things when you email their support. This is not good enough

@stripe I don’t get why I need to enter address when using Apple Pay. Why? I like Checkout and Elements but it’s not user friendly.
