I'm not an asshole. I'm a hemorrhoid. I irritate assholes. I may be young, yes, but that doesn't mean I am wrong about Social Security being a Ponzi scheme. Let me extend an offer for you to give a point-by-point rebuttal to my post. Address each of my arguments and refute them with supporting evidence. Otherwise, you can show yourself to the door. Also, how I grill my steak is irrelevant to this thread. You are doing what they call "grasping at straws."

@ne31900ri @ChrisMartzWX This kid is just an insufferable, arrogant asshole with limited life experience who thinks he's smarter than everyone else. If he had a fair portion of his income confiscated for 40+ years he'd be singing a different tune. Worse, he even doesn't know how to cook a steak properly.

Democratic gerrymandered maps all have insane narrow tentacles reaching across the entire state to reach the nearest urban core, Republican ones are always nice and compact and tidy, making sensible contiguous districts that put together voting blocs with shared interest Vote Republican: Eliminate border gore

If Republicans aggressively gerrymander the South and eliminate up to 10 Democratic seats under a narrowed VRA, Democrats could become desperate and respond with absurd maps in blue states. This 17-0 Illinois map could become legal, flipping three seats from 🔴 to 🔵.

You're right, I will never be drafted. But not for the reasons you're thinking, you Colombian piece of trash. I'm the tall one on the right. I imagine some of those in my platoon here had a hand in absolutely vaporizing some of your fellow citizens trying to haul your country's greatest export into my country. And that is very funny.

He’s correct because the only way you can “recover your money” is by taking it from those who are still working. That’s how Social Security has always worked from its inception. If you wanted it to be different, where you get the money you paid in back, plus interest, you should’ve supported Bush’s Social Security reform 20 years ago.

Just because the government stole your money and spent it does not mean that you are entitled to other people’s money. You should receive your entire paycheck (no income tax, no payroll tax) and be able to save up for retirement yourself. Social Security robs people, makes them government slaves when they retire. Amazing how everyone hates socialism until collectivism favors them. So, shut up commie.
XY@JSmith95974

@ChrisMartzWX Me and my employer contributed $500,000 to social security which if I’d have invested it would have become $2M. So shut up.

@JessieIsHereNow @ChrisMartzWX Honey, your money is gone. It paid for retirees on Social Security for the last thirty years. If you wanted your money as an investment, you should’ve vocally supported Bush’s Social Security reform 20 years ago.

@ChrisMartzWX @JSmith95974 It's insurance, FICA=>Federal Insurance Contributions Act. Never intended to be an investment. It's an old age pension. All countries have one. Just pay your taxes.

Social Security is a tax. Not insurance. Not a trust fund. Not a retirement savings plan. The Supreme Court has ruled so. Even so, the fact is that there are fewer and fewer workers to support retirees, which is why the government has to “borrow” (print) money, which causes inflation and adds to national debt. I don’t give a fuck whether you want your money back or not, Social Security an economically unsustainable Ponzi scheme. “Conservatives” always yammer about how socialism sucks and that you are not entitled to other people’s money, but if you mention that Social Security is essentially the same thing, the geezers suddenly become the biggest fans of it.

One consequence of our geographic polarization is that Democrats have to draw giant bacon strips to gerrymander, while Republicans have to pretty much just draw circles and rectangles.

ALERT: 72-year-old man arrested for hitting a group of cyclists after honking and heckling them for taking over the road in Georgia. Jerry Ross was driving when he pulled up behind a group of 10 cyclists in the road. He began honking and heckling the cyclists, and one of them started filming. Ross then sped around them while laying on the horn and hit 2 of the cyclists, causing minor injuries, before driving away. Ross, when confronted by police about the incident, blamed the cyclists for taking up the road and causing the collision. He was arrested and is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, hit and run, and reckless driving.

@DougBright1 @ToadstoolC @bonchieredstate Clinton-banks recession. Clinton changed the mortgage rules in the name of what we now call “equity.” The adjustable-rate mortgage boom was the result of the bank’s attempt to comply. Bush didn’t reverse it, but put the blame where it began.

To our new overseas friends. Yes, most people in the American Midwest will go outside and watch a tornado. The logic is if you can see it that’s good you can take cover before it hits. The rain wrapped ones or the ones late at night you can’t see are the ones that scare us.

A tornado touched down last night near Vance Air Force Base in Oklahoma 🌪️ As of this morning, several people have reportedly been injured but thankfully no deaths have been reported. Plan accordingly... #tornado #vanceairforcebase #oklahoma #enid #rural #T6A #T38C
