🚨 USPS just dropped the hammer… but let’s get it straight

Starting May 1st, the United States Postal Service is banning UNVETTED non-domiciled CDL drivers from hauling mail.
Notice what I didn’t say…
❌ Not ALL non-dom CDL drivers
✅ Only the ones who can’t pass vetting
Here’s the reality:
This isn’t a ban…
It’s a filter.
And that filter just got real tight.
What it means:
👉 Carriers ... if your driver isn’t cleared, they’re DONE on USPS freight
👉 Drivers ... legit paperwork = you’re still in the game (for now)
👉 Everyone else ... the days of “slide through and hope nobody checks” are OVER
This is bigger than mail…
This is the industry shifting from: “Just get a CDL and roll”
to: “Prove you belong behind the wheel.”
And if you think this stops with USPS… you’re not paying attention.
More shippers are watching.
More enforcement is coming.
More accountability is here.
