Serious question: Why do Chase Bank branches need to log & require ID for a change run of between $100-$500?
Is there a weird way to launder money thru change runs? Like over $500 maybe but checking ID for turning $300 in 20s into 5s? Seems like waste of time for all involved?

It is now a criminal offense to refuse to give the Hong Kong police the passwords or decryption assistance to access all personal electronic devices including cellphones and laptops.
