@bobbyllew Remember it’s £2.25 per KWh so it can be more than that if your normally using all your appliances at that time. Let’s say Car = 7kwh Oven = 1.5kwh Tumble dryer = 2kwh Washing machine = 1.5kwh 11ish @ £2.25 per kWh just under £25!!

This evening I will stop using electricity from the grid between 5:30 and 6:30 and I'll get £2.25 off my next bill. I think that's rather nice. (And you don't have to stop using any electricity, just reduce your demand by as much as possible)

@VictoriafromN @cyclegaz The motor bike does not have right of way, he is undertaking and it’s an illegal move, he has no sight of oncoming traffic and if the rider here was a car and the van let him turn the motor bike would be in the wrong in any court you would like to pick!

@cyclegaz I realise its an urban environment and agree everyone has to be extra careful on urban streets, but you cut right across him there, it was the motorcyclist's right of way regardless of the van choosing to let you turn.

Be cautious when turning across a cycle lane, especially as there might be a motorcyclist in it! The driver gave me a heads up, they checked their mirror and gave me a stop sign with his hand. I was cutting the corner to make sure I had more visibility.

@YetAnotherBan21 @takeitev Actually you don’t, I bet you don’t tell them when you have a set of none OEM marked replacement tyres fitted! Same with winter they are a safe try improvement, the insurance companies said they are more than happy for people to fit them (in-line with manufacturer tyre size)

@UdallVoice There are a lot of option. Take a look at turbulent.be or British-hydro.org they have projects from 5kw to 100kw, can work on drops from 1.5m these would be plug and play at a weir, fish friendly and 24hour electricity generation.
