VIDEO | Delhi: Ganga Ram Hospital dietician Aakanksha Arya explains the nutritional impact of replacing eggs with paneer and soybeans in mid-day meals. She says, "Eggs cannot truly be replaced by any other single food. They are an excellent source of high-quality protein and also provide vitamin B12, vitamin D, essential amino acids, and healthy fats... If schools currently serve eggs once or twice a week, replacing them would require providing an equivalent amount of protein from other foods, which many children may not be be able to consume in sufficient quantities. There is also an economic concern, as many families may not be able to afford eggs at home if they are removed from school meals. Eggs play a vital role in a child's growth and development, so they should not be replaced." (Full video available on PTI Videos - ptivideos.com)

New EV owner. Panic mode after last night's incident, just over a month into ownership TN delta region still lacks adequate EV charging. I 100% trusted BPCL edrive charger shown as recently used in Statiq app, reached with just 23% SoC left. Range 93kms #PunchEv @Gs_Wanderer

Another day, another HR number car. Something is certainly not happening right. @police_haryana

Many of our customers purchased an EV this month after paid consultation with an informed used case of driving within 200 km and 1000+ km monthly running. If something goes wrong tomorrow, they wouldn’t blame me. I say 150-200 km radius to save my skin. Best part is, many of them have one car already and I have asked them not to sell that. Sales happen when you provide clarity & not force an opinion. This consultation thing is hurting my content & creativity though.
