Mazdutide is under the radar While most people are focused on semaglutide and retatrutide, Mazdutide has continued progressing through late-stage development in obesity and type 2 diabetes The peptide pipeline is getting crowded, and that's usually a sign the space is maturing joinvoy.com/blog/mazdutide…

Protein deficiency itself contributes to the harm done by toxins, since the liver’s ability to detoxify them depends on adequate nutrition, especially good protein.

@MichaelAlbertMD that paradox is interesting. i've seen similar patterns with peptide therapeutics where the body's own levels of a hormone can affect how it responds to treatment makes me wonder about the role of receptor sensitivity in peptide therapy

The patients with the most GLP-1 in their own blood respond the worst to GLP-1 drugs. That paradox is the cleanest proof real resistance exists. And it's almost never what people mean when they say they have it. 🧵

TB-500 is the most versatile peptide for whole-body recovery. It's a synthetic piece of thymosin beta-4, which is present in nearly every tissue in the human body. The thing is, most peptides act locally. TB-500, however, targets areas of active injury throughout the body all at once, meaning one injection can impact the knee, shoulder, and gut simultaneously. This is what sets it apart from BPC-157, which more commonly used for targeted, local delivery. It binds to loose actin proteins (building blocks that cells use to move and repair themselves) within cells and keeps them in reserve. When injury signals are triggered, those proteins are released quickly, allowing repair cells to navigate through damaged tissue more efficiently. This promotes new blood vessel growth at the injury site and decreases the inflammatory signals that hinder healing. This is particularly crucial for tendons and cartilage, which have very little blood supply. That's why their healing process is so slow. TB-500 helps build the necessary delivery system. It's also listed as prohibited by WADA, a solid indication that the benefits are genuine. That said, you should avoid using it if you're subject to testing. One important warning: anyone with a history of cancer should steer clear of it. The same mechanism that promotes blood vessel growth in injured tissue could theoretically do the same for a tumor. The risk is significant enough to take seriously. NOTE: Obviously, none of this is medical advice or a recommendation. Peptides are for research use only, not for human consumption. Always consult your doctor.

A 10-minute walk after eating reduces your blood sugar spike by up to 30 percent. I do it after every meal I can. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner when possible. It does not have to be fast. It does not require workout clothes. Just walk. Ten minutes. Do it after lunch today and notice how your afternoon feels. 💪🏻

Around 75% of people are deficient in magnesium and don’t even know it. Modern farming practices strip magnesium from the soil. Combined with a diet high in processed foods adds to the deficiency. Drinking alcohol and having excessive amounts of stress forces your body to burn through it faster. Being deficient in magnesium can lead to poor sleep, slower recovery, and increased risk of anxiety. Taking 400mg of magnesium wildly improved the quality of my sleep while helping me calm the nervous system. But make sure to pair it with vitamin D for better absorption. If you’re deficient in this key mineral it might change your life.

Magnesium before bed. every single night. your sleep will get deeper, your muscles will recover faster, your anxiety will drop and your testosterone will thank you. one of the cheapest most ignored supplements on the planet.

One thing pipeline watching has taught me sometimes the most interesting development isn't a new molecule It's a new combination The industry spent years searching for single breakthroughs More and more, it feels like the future may involve multiple mechanisms working together Still early doors, but definitely worth watching

I've been in this industry for over 25 years. Every so often, an ingredient goes from niche to mainstream. I believe goBHB is in the middle of that transition right now. The brands adopting it, the products launching, and the science emerging all point in the same direction. Watch this before everyone catches on👇
