The @NTSB said it plainly: Flight 5342 was 100% preventable. The House must finish what the Senate started. Amend the ALERT Act to include a full ADS-B In mandate for aircraft in airspace where ADS-B Out is required. The ROTOR Act set the standard. Now it's time to meet it.

The @NTSB's findings on Flight 5342 are clear: 40 extra seconds could have saved 67 lives. ADS-B In gives pilots the tools to see and avoid conflict. The ROTOR Act would have delivered that protection — the ALERT Act does not. We won't stop fighting for the technology mandate.
