Hockey is Family ♥️ Today is going to be an emotional one as our captain skates back into the same barn he grew up visiting with his pops. And as a community, we want him to feel every bit of love and support we can send his way. And seeing a Utah kid doing something as simple as drawing @utahmammoth jersey on their Thanksgiving turkey art project made me smile knowing that Utah kids are growing up with their own local NHL team to root for. So excited to raise our kids as Mammoth fans in Salt Lake City!

Anyway, it made me smile— just like when I saw Utah kids dressing up as @utahmammoth players for Halloween a few weeks ago. Because I grew up in a hockey family. We’d watch practices, go to signings, played street/hall/ice hockey, often in jerseys.. we were all in on the Blues!

I went on a school tour today & came across some artwork in a hallway that caught my eye (I didn’t take a picture because I didn’t want to be weird 😆). But it was a turkey disguise— where you draw a costume on top of a turkey. The kid drew a @utahmammoth jersey on the turkey.

@stoolpresidente What I mean by that is pick whatever combo sounds best from each type of soda on the menu. One Diet Coke drink (the Founder my fav), one Dr Pepper (i hear Texas Tab is great), one Mountain Dew (I like Guava Have It), or whatever sodas you like. I wouldn’t try to create your own

@stoolpresidente I’m sure you’ve already had enough sugar for the weekend but Swig advice for the future! If you aren’t a soda drinker, the water-based drinks are great (I like mango breeze w sparkling water). If you want the full experience, grab an already established menu item from each “base”

@AllisonCroghan Has he ever texted you “you know, in the 4th grade I asked if there were any extra credit assignments even though I already an A”? I’ve used that line when dating a elementary school teacher, it was surprisingly effective. ;)

Housing prices are crushing families and keeping young Americans from living where they grew up. We need to change that. Thanks to YOU—the AMERICAN PEOPLE—here’s what I plan to do: 1. REMOVE ALL Forest Service land. We are NOT selling off our forests. 2. SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE the amount of BLM land in the bill. Only land WITHIN 5 MILES of population centers is eligible. 3. Establish FREEDOM ZONES to ensure these lands benefit AMERICAN FAMILIES. 4. PROTECT our farmers, ranchers, and recreational users. They come first. Yes, the Byrd Rule limits what can go in the reconciliation bill, but I’m doing everything I can to support President Trump and move this forward. Stay tuned. We’re just getting started.
