I don’t understand why people are targeting the COAS. What he meant was simple: timing matters in such operations. During Fajr, many civilians go to mosques for prayers. Striking at that time could have led to significant civilian casualties, especially since people from nearby areas also come to pray. The objective was never to harm ordinary civilians, but to target terrorists only. Even though the mosque was located within the Jaish headquarters, it wasn’t exclusively used by them, locals from surrounding areas also offered namaz there. That’s exactly why such considerations are important before any action is taken.

Blood Donation Camps: It has come to notice that in certain Military Stations/Cantts, Blood Donation Camps in collaboration of few so called NGOs/Private Hospitals are being organised at regular intervals, sometimes even twice a month. While donating Blood is a very noble thing but have we checked where this blood is going? What are these so-called NGOs doing with this blood? Evidence is available to substantiate that the Blood is being sold. An SOP MUST be made for organising/participation of troops in such Blood Donation Camps. We have sent several of addicted youth to rehab centres after getting court orders from the court. We also have our vehicles at the ready to take them to rehab centres. Women of the locality say young children are addicted. We have repeatedly told them that we will take action if they inform us when they see a drug seller in the area."

His name is Sanjiv Chaturvedi. IFS 2002 batch. Engineer from MNNIT Allahabad. In Haryana he exposed fake plantation schemes. Illegal tree felling. Misuse of government funds. He was transferred 12 times in 7 years. In 2012 he became Chief Vigilance Officer at AIIMS Delhi. In two years he investigated 200 corruption cases. Rs 3,750 crore irregularity in campus expansion. Fake medicines being sold inside hospital premises. Corrupt officials at every level. CBI cases were registered against senior bureaucrats. In August 2014 he was transferred out of AIIMS. The health minister who transferred him later became party president of the ruling party. In 2015 he won the Ramon Magsaysay Award. He donated the entire prize money to AIIMS for treatment of poor patients. AIIMS returned his cheque. He has been in non-field postings for 9 years since then. 16 judges have recused themselves from hearing his cases. No government in India wants him posted in their state. That is how you know he is doing his job right.

Typical ISI playbook, get youth addicted to Drugs and use them for such attacks.
