@johnhart20 @nsetia5 I often see some intestinal epithelium in bx of CG but suspect the biopsy is from the pyloric channel

However Dr Namrata Setia @nsetia5, the gastric pathology expert at our institution, is not so sure - she found a few literature reports that suggest that IM could developed as a result of chemical gastropathy. Does anyone want to add their thoughts on that topic?
