@AskLyft I’m still trying to resolve an issue with a rogue driver last month. Told it was taken care of, and nothing has changed. Support via the app just asks me to repeat myself over and over and won’t ever look up the history. Greatly appreciate your help.

I have 2,369 friends who also completed the @JetBlue 25-for-25 challenge.
Not sure about you, but I figured JetBlue would get under 5,000 participants in the challenge.
The vast majority of flyers earned the full 350k points. Other interesting stats below.

@DoorDash_Help My Dasher let me know at the store that an item was out of stock. It was not on the receipt since of course it wasn’t there for purchase. I was still charged for it and denied a refund despite providing a photo of the items in the bag, the chat, and the receipt.
