ATTENTION @epaleezeldin @EPA Subject: Request to Discuss EPA Regulations Impacting Small Engine Repair Education. Dear Mr. Zeldin,I am writing to respectfully request your attention to the regulatory challenges faced by the small engine and outdoor power equipment industry, particularly as they relate to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) current policies. As an advocate for sustainable practices, I firmly believe that empowering consumers with the knowledge to repair and maintain their small engine equipment is one of the most effective ways to promote environmental stewardship. Proper maintenance and repair can significantly extend the lifespan of these machines, reducing waste and preventing premature disposal in landfills. Through my platform, I educate millions of viewers on small engine repair techniques, sharing practical tips to encourage self-sufficiency and sustainability. However, certain EPA regulations currently restrict my ability to demonstrate critical repair methods, as non-compliance could result in substantial fines, potentially in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. These restrictions limit the scope of educational content I can provide to my audience, hindering efforts to promote environmentally responsible practices. I respectfully request the opportunity to engage in a dialogue with you to explore potential revisions to these regulations. By addressing these challenges, we can better support consumers, small business owners, and educators like myself in fostering sustainable practices within the industry. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of discussing this matter further. Sincerely, Bre Chickanic

Husqvarna sent me a stack of chainsaws to give away because a bear stole mine & Internet went wild. I’m adding a 4 day/3 nt stay to my Smoky Mtn cabin. (Side by side tours, meet Jimmy & me, see old moonshine stills, crazy views). To enter (100% free, no purchase necessary): 1) Follow @BowTiedBroke 2) Comment on THIS post with literally anything (tag friends = extra luck with the dartboard later 👀) Contest runs exactly 24 hours —-> closes tomorrow at 10:00 AM EST At close, @grok will instantly pick 20 random commenters with accounts older than 3 months. Then, I put those 20 names on a dartboard, film one throw, and THAT person wins everything. No bots, no BS, fully transparent. Grok posts the 20 here, the dart decides destiny 🎯 Sorry international followers (not that I have that many) U.S. followers only for this one. Cabin is in Tennessee, chainsaws are heavy, and bears don’t do passports. Let’s go! Drop a reply and let’s see who the Chainsaw stealing bear chooses.

We have established a "Right to Repair", but this is hollow without a "Right to Learn". My millions of viewers would love for you to address Small Engine Repair Education. Currently there are strict EPA fines that could threaten many already existing outdoor power repair instructional content and prohibit me from instructing simple carburetor adjustments to my viewers. Along with American businesses threatened with 1,000's of dollars in fines if they sell a carburetor adjusting tool, but China can sell them all day long on Amazon. The GREENEST thing we can possibly do is to repair our already existing gas powered equipment and keep it out of the landfill, but I need YOUR HELP to loosen regulations on this. America wants the freedom to at least gain the knowledge of how to execute these repairs correctly. I hope to see you address these concerns.

North Dakota knows best how to regulate its coal industry without a federal bureaucracy micromanaging it to death like we witnessed under the Biden Admin.

I’m in Oregon, where the state’s two Democrat U.S. Senators, Jeff Merkley and Ron Wyden, have now voted 13 straight times to keep the government shutdown. Yesterday, despite the chaos and dysfunction their Senators are demanding, I toured the Portland Harbor Superfund site and met with the region’s lumber industry to advance the Trump EPA’s work to protect the environment AND grow the economy.

Arkansan here! My Millions of Viewers would love for you to please read this. We have established we have a "right to repair" our small engine outdoor power equipment, but we should also have a "right to learn" how to do it correctly. Currently there are carburetor repairs I cannot demonstrate to my viewers without the threat of being fined hundreds of thousands of dollars by the EPA. Many instructional videos, for a simple carburetor adjustment already out there could fall victim to these fines if something is not changed. The GREENEST thing we can possibly do is repair our existing gas equipment. Let's get rid of these EPA threats that take away our rights to repair our own equipment. Please help get this information to Mr. Zeldin.

Hundreds of thousands of Arkansans are about to lose critical SNAP money on November 1, and the Democrats in Washington don’t seem to care. Shame on them. It’s time to stop playing games with people’s lives. Open the government now.
Fox News@FoxNews

KAROLINE LEAVITT: “If Democrats continue to hold Americans hostage, there will not be enough funds to provide SNAP benefits for more than 40 million Americans on November 1st. That is next week.” “Democrats are solely responsible for all of this unnecessary pain. Why are they doing it? To give taxpayer-funded healthcare benefits to illegal aliens.”

Dishonest left-wing hackery strikes again. As the New York Times well knows, but is just not willing to be honest in admitting, the cancelled “environmental justice” funding WOULD NOT HAVE PREVENTED OR SAFEGUARDED this community from the mass destruction and tragedy caused by such a large and devastating typhoon. And to be brutally candid, due to the proactive cancellation of this grant, $20 million of hardworking U.S. tax dollars are currently sitting in the U.S. treasury instead of swept into the Kuskokwim River. While partisans on the left would apparently prefer to have seen those precious tax dollars washed away, EPA now has the resources available to ensure the money is spent appropriately and wisely, including over $140 million this Administration has provided to the Denali Commission and the State of Alaska. EPA also remains in active coordination with Alaska to support emergency response efforts. As for the clowns who want the EPA to light tens of billions of tax dollars on fire, we refuse to bend the knee and play along.

While the GOP repeatedly votes to fund gov’t, this prolonged shutdown by Dems is quite the reminder why the American public has chosen not to put them in charge of anything. These Dems are lost in the wilderness, living in the shadow of their far-left activist base, and afraid to lead. Sowing chaos and discord has consumed their minds, actions, and appetite.
