#RaisinaFiles is out now! This edition of #RaisinaFiles, edited by @samirsaran & Vinia Mukherjee, is framed by a simple proposition: The world we are entering will not be defined by power alone, but by how identity shapes power, how contestations discipline ambitions, and how cooperation is reconstructed under stress. #WATCH | Delhi: Romanian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Clara Alexandra Volintiru, says, "There is always an avenue to improve the Romania-India cooperation in these times that we are living. The president of the European Commission mentioned just two weeks ago at the Munich Security Conference that Europe is looking outward. Romania is looking outward as well, as it should be, beyond the single market to explore all the wonderful opportunities of the new connectivity routes... Romania currently is the country that has the largest approval rate for the United States across all European Union member states." (02.03)

Met Ukrainian war veterans and service members at the @MunSecConf to learn their direct message from the frontline. Their service and sacrifice deserve our respect and call for full accountability. Discussed the critical role of new technologies, such as drones, and the vital importance of maritime security—a top priority for Romania. Honored to join @andrii_sybiha and partners for the “Future’s Frontline” exhibition opening at the Ukrainian House. After four years of Russian aggression, Romania stands with Ukraine for a just and lasting peace. #BlackSeaSecurity #FutureFrontline #MSC2026
