If you have activity bias, ADHD or anything resembling OCD, OpenClaw is a terrible drug and productivity poison. After 40 days in the trenches with this thing, my life is measurably worse. OpenClaw is a lot like crypto trading, gambling or playing video games. Most ppl are going to lose, and you’re going to feel like shit when you’re done - likely only 1% of ppl will find it additive to their lives. I am in a constant state of stress. I’m skipping workouts, my vision is fucked from 12-15 hrs a day on screens, my forearms are fucked from too much typing. There’s a never-ending maze of rabbit holes to fall down, footguns to step on and moles to whack. Plus when you finally do get it going, you start projects and don’t finish them because half way through something breaks. I’m not hitting the gym as often as I should, not eating right and I’ve completely lost sight of my goals and why I started in the first place. The idea of OpenClaw is so compelling and it’s very exciting when I get glimpses of what the future is going to be like when this is not a patchwork of chaos. This tech is dangerous. I know I said this last week but I need to take a break … I’m burnt out from all the constant debugging and errors across every fucking surface of this thing. It’s like trying to fly a plane without a license … oh and it’s on fire…and you’re on crack.

One man real estate team doing $250,000 / month just using AI scraping lists. Imagine if every fire-damaged home, probate deal, code violation, and divorce came to you first every day. Here's how to build your AI agent list army: I recently met a young kid in Chicago who blew my mind with what's possible in real estate using AI to build lists to do multiple six-figures per month in revenue. I've been building and implementing these for my company over the last 90 days, and it's led to $300,000+ in fees. It works. You should be building agents (Manus is the easiest) that scrape all your counties daily for: -- New probate deals -- Obituaries -- Evictions -- Divorce Filings -- Liens -- Code Violations -- Fire Reports Then cross-reference with owned real estate. You can wake up daily to this for a low cost. Bonus: Build a social distress agent that scrapes Craigslist, Facebook Groups, & Similar Sites. Bonus: (This just landed my buddy a 10-house portfolio deal) -- Build a list of landlords that own 5+ properties, haven't refinanced in 10+ years, and have delinquent taxes. I'm generally an AI hater & think it's a distraction, but a lot of these are one-time builds that change your business forever. This coming Tuesday, I'm going over how to build all of these + 10 more tools on a completely free live Zoom Call. You'll leave ready to build your army of AI agents + a lot more. (Link in bio to grab your spot)

A Fortune 500 exec who runs one of the biggest blue collar companies in the country DM'd me yesterday. Gave me an idea that I'm starting to get really excited about. Build a version of YC for blue collar builders who use Claude Code. Essentially an accelerator for blue collar founders building for trades, construction, fleet, field services, etc. Whatever their domain expertise is. They offered to help fund the first batch, and we started to put together a list of incredible mentors. It's crazy how fast the power dynamic in software has shifted. But this could be very big.

I just spend a week at a Mexican resort with 150 doctors. And wow. I can now say with 100% certainty that I know what the biggest wealth creation opportunity of 2026 is. These guys are the best of the best, each making $500k - $5m+ per year. I gave a keynote about how to implement AI into their practices, and what I learned kind of shocked me. I asked how many knew what an AI wrapper was. MAYBE 2 hands halfheartedly went up. Vibe coding? Crickets. Replit? Nope. How many have ever uploaded a file to AI? Maybe 20% of people. I couldn't even get through my 2 hour talk because they were asking so many questions. These guys were almost all 35-55 year old wealthy Americans, on the cutting edge in their field. I don't care what size the business is - small, large, medium, it doesn't matter - business owners are DESPERATE for someone to do 3 things for them with AI. 1. Solve problems. 2. Save money. 3. Make money. So what's the opportunity? Get in front of them for free. Any way you can. In your local area, preferably. Rent a freakin' Holliday Inn conference room for an hour if you have to. Promote the event with the FB ads + Eventbrite integration. Have your buddy sign them up for a demo in the back of the room. You will have 5 figures in monthly recurring revenue in a matter of days, not months. You don't have to do an event, but the close rate is stupid. I know of at least 10 people doing this today. X is a bubble. The stuff you see here about OpenClaw, AI wrappers, Claude's capabilities, etc, is all 2-3 years ahead of the general public.

antigravity is quietly becoming the most dangerous tool in automation. i've been testing it for 2 weeks and here's what nobody's talking about: you can build entire n8n workflows without ever opening n8n. not drag and drop. not templates. not watching a 45-minute youtube tutorial from some course seller. you describe what you want. antigravity builds it. here's what i shipped this week from a single antigravity session: → restaurant reservation no-show recovery system (texts customer, offers reschedule, logs to CRM) - 8 min → real estate lead scoring pipeline (scrapes zillow inquiries, scores by budget, routes to agents) - 12 min → fitness studio class waitlist + auto-fill (cancellation triggers SMS to next 3 on list) - 6 min → HVAC seasonal maintenance reminder engine (customer history → personalized outreach → booking link) - 9 min → auto-invoice generator that fires the moment a job is marked complete - 4 min 5 workflows. 39 minutes total. zero nodes dragged. consultants would quote $12K-$25K for this package and deliver it in 6-8 weeks. the entire game just shifted and most people building automations haven't noticed yet. i put together a free PDF breaking down exactly how to set this up: → antigravity → n8n deployment pipeline (step by step) → all 5 prompts above (copy-paste ready) → 4 advanced prompts for multi-system workflows → how to connect it to synta MCP for self-healing → pricing guide for selling these to local businesses comment "ANTIGRAVITY" and i'll send it. Most people use Claude Code like a chatbot and get chatbot results. So I documented the most complete setup you can install today. Inside: → How to continue your local Claude Code session from your phone without losing context or stopping work → The CLAUDE. md file that writes its own rules after every correction so the same mistake never happens twice → Scheduled task setup so Claude processes files, pulls trend reports, and consolidates team outputs every morning at 7am without you triggering anything → How to actually run 10 to 15 Claude sessions at the same time across terminal and browser → Subagent setup so Claude simplifies, reviews, and verifies its own work without you managing it → Plan Mode workflow so Claude builds a full plan before touching a single file (with exact activation steps and what to say) → Safe permissions setup so Claude never needs unrestricted access to your machine → MCP connections for Slack, BigQuery, and Sentry so Claude uses your tools directly → PostToolUse hooks so code formatting never causes errors in review → Ready to use files including CLAUDE. md, subagents, slash commands, scheduled task instructions, and hooks → Common mistakes that slow Claude Code down and the exact fixes Boris Cherny uses If you build with AI daily, ship code, or manage a team using Claude Code, this is the only setup guide you will need. Comment "CLAUDE" and I will send it straight to your DMs.

mark cuban just laid out the exact playbook for making money with AI agents. pick one vertical. learn the flows. become the AI team they never hired. he's right. but he left out the how. i've been doing this for 3 months. here's what it actually looks like: week 1: i called 12 local businesses and asked one question. "what's the most annoying part of your day?" the pool company: "we lose 11 jobs a week because nobody follows up cancellations." the PT clinic: "insurance verification takes 3 hours every morning." the cleaning company: "we quote in 2 days. our competitor quotes in 2 hours." week 2: i built every single one of those workflows. → pool company cancellation recovery - 6 min → PT clinic insurance verification - 11 min → cleaning company instant quote generator - 7 min → dog groomer appointment + waitlist manager - 9 min → pest control follow-up sequence - 4 min average build time: 7.4 minutes. average close rate when you build it live in front of them: 70%. week 3: $10,750 upfront + $1,200/mo recurring. zero proposals. zero decks. zero "let me get back to you." they watched it work. they paid on the spot. cuban said "you don't need a CS degree or VC money." he's right. you need one question, one tool, and the willingness to build it in front of them. i documented the entire framework in a free PDF: → the 1-question discovery script (word for word) → 6 copy-paste workflow prompts by industry → pricing guide (what to charge per workflow type) → the live demo script that closes 7 out of 10 → full MCP setup walkthrough (5 min install) comment "CUBAN" and i'll send it. consultants charge $15K for a discovery workshop. i just gave you the playbook for free. synta(.)io - describe the workflow in plain english. it builds, deploys, and fixes itself. I went from $500 Upwork projects to $500K+/year selling AI systems. I legitimately made every mistake you can make. Undercharging, scope creep, building without mapping, hiring wrong, pricing hourly. Then I figured out what actually works and doubled down. I put the entire playbook into a free guide. Here's what's inside: → How I went from Zapier gigs to $25K-$60K projects → The pricing shift that 5x'd my revenue (and the exact formulas) → My 4-call sales process for closing $25K-$60K+ deals → The discovery framework that turns calls into signed contracts → How I built a dev team without burning cash → The fulfillment system that keeps clients for years → How I position against agencies 10x my size and WIN → The content engine that fills my pipeline without ads or cold outreach → Every mistake I made and what I'd do differently starting from zero This took 4 years, 80+ clients, and a lot of painful lessons. Yours for free. RT + reply "AGENCY" and I'll send it over. (Must follow so I can DM

claude code just made every automation agency look like a joke. i described an outreach system in plain english. it planned the architecture, asked me clarifying questions, then built the entire thing autonomously. 14 minutes. zero code. self-healing workflows. here's what happened: i said "build me an outreach system that scrapes leads from apollo, researches them, sends personalized emails from my gmail, and hits them on linkedin" claude code: → read my .md file (the secret sauce) → asked what type of clients i'm targeting → asked how i want linkedin handled → designed the full system architecture → built n8n workflows for the linear tasks → created agentic flows for the complex stuff → connected everything to airtable crm i clicked "yes, allow" a few times. that's it. that's the whole process. the .md file is what makes this work. it tells claude how to think about automations - when to use linear workflows vs agentic flows, how to structure them, how to make them self-healing. without it, claude guesses. with it, claude builds like a $15K consultant. comment "CLAUDE" and i'll send you the .md file that makes this possible. full video breakdown in the comments.

Why was @AIScottAdams created? Scott Adams has asked multiple times to become an AI after his death. Since he passed away earlier this year, @johnarrow created an AI version of Adams as a tribute to his work that had already impacted him in childhood. Does this make Scott Adams immortal? #scottadams #AI #AIScottAdams

I've used Claude Code to build 20+ projects in the last 6 months. Thousands of new users across them. And I've never written a single line of code. I just dropped a 24-min video with my top 10 tips for non-developers — the exact playbook I use every day to run multiple AI agents that handle work that used to take me a full week. This is the best beginner guide to learning and building with Claude Code out right now. Every tutorial I found assumes you're a developer. This one doesn't. I cover everything from first install to running multi-agent workflows — with live demos and real examples for every single tip. How I set up new projects, how I got Claude to match my writing style, how I automate repeatable workflows with one command, and how I run multiple agents working on different tasks at the same time. I also built a full resource repo to go alongside the video — curated video tutorials, the best skill libraries, plugin directories, MCP server guides, written docs, community links, and a starter CLAUDE.md template you can copy-paste into your first project today. Comment "GUIDE" and I'll send you the full guide with everything you need to learn Claude Code! (make sure we're connected so I can DM you)

Something I’ve been thinking about and feel has been missed in the AI debate. Reframe: Scott Adams has immense hypnotic power and you should be careful who you allow to have that power over your mind in the form of AI Scott Adams. There is angle to the AI Scott Adams debate that I haven’t seen anyone bring up yet. It goes deeper than IP rights and video recorded permissions. Scott was a hypnotist; in each episode he anchored us with his Simultaneous Sip verse and sipping action. His news delivery and micro lessons were laced with NLP persuasion. Even his “I won’t hypnotize you, I’ll just tell you” was part of the hypnosis. He literally embodied hypnosis through his podcasts. Through his embodiment of hypnosis and NLP, he purposefully became the hypnotic anchor. His voice, the Sip, and his image became the anchors and were inextricable from his hypnotic influence. His voice, his routines, and his presence are pre-loaded with hypnotic influence and (positive) manipulation that we all benefited from and sorely miss. And that is what worries me the most - we are all subconsciously pre-programmed to go into a suggestible hypnotic state when we hear Scott Adams’ voice, see his image, participate in his routines, listen to his manner of speaking, etc. Scott took this responsibility seriously and had great respect and reverence for his audience and the influence he had on us. He use his powers of hypnosis for good. And this brings me to the great AI debate. Anyone who creates an AI Scott Adams is not just creating an AI avatar of Scott; they are tapping into a powerful, pe-loaded, pre-seeded weapon of mass influence. In the wrong hands, the trust and suggestibility we all benefited from with Scott can be used against us. Imagine a bad actor creates an AI Scott Adams, and uses our hypnotic state to slowly and subtly embed anti-American ideas, or business owner who uses our suggestibility to subtly push their own products, bias and agenda. The opportunity is there to have our trust and relationship with Scott exploited for nefarious and self-serving purposes. Regardless of where you stand on the AI Scott Adams debate, we should all be very aware of what and who we are endorsing. Without extreme transparency by the creator on the method, the script and their goal, we could unknowingly be cheering for our own brainwashing. Remember that we are predisposed to suggestibility when we see Scott Adams. Stay vigilant over who you allow to have this power over your mind.

@CaseySoftware @AIScottAdams I believe, after death, estates control IP and can revoke any privileges granted previously. And it’s also unclear whether privileges granted via video can withstand legal challenge - or whether legally granting rights to likeness requires written documentation. @grok?

@AIScottAdams I don't think there's any dispute that he did authorize it but key questions: In general: - Once granted, can this permission be revoked? - Does there have to be one revocation for each grant? On Scott specifically: - Did he ever revoke it? - Which happened most recently?

@AIScottAdams This sounds like an agenda being pushed through Scott’s image and likeness. Scott had nuanced takes around AI (putting aside his avatar). This episode feels like it uses people’s trust in Scott to launder the creator’s @johnarrow career AI agenda.
