@motorolaindia @saikat_writes Moto people you should consider the fact that the customer wasn't able to visit the service center due to heavy flood. I hope you people know about the flood situation in Assam. So the issue shud be considered as within warranty and a free service be provided

@Moto @motorolaindia My moto edge 40 switchd of sudenly on 5/6/24. I reside at Karimganj, Assam. Due 2 massive flood, I cudnt reach nearst srvice centre. Whn flood receded, I went 2 srvice centr @ Silchar & came to know that my phone's warranty was over on 9/6/24.
