@AvantiWestCoast Hey, has anyone else raised the issue of reserving seats one your website with you? It asks what your preferences are then it chooses seats that are the complete opposite. Every. Single. Time! Then I have to waste time manually choosing the correct seats!

Hi @AvantiWestCoast I’m trying to apply for a delay repay refund for a delay of over 30 mins (it was a complimentary 1st ticket) but read you can still get vouchers/credit for the delay? However, I’m struggling to upload my ticket as I HAVE to insert a monetary value?

@D12584D@AvantiWestCoast Why would you need, or want, a bus?! You are arriving into a well serviced train station to board another train that will take you into the middle of Glasgow. Given the situation at central station, arriving into Argyle st instead, isn’t really a hardship. Compensation? 😂
@AvantiWestCoast Good morning, we have no choice but to travel from Liverpool Lime Street to Glasgow on Thursday 12 March 26. If we are forced to alight at Motherwell, I have two questions. 1. Is there a bus laid on to get to Glasgow? If not, what form of compensation is being offered?

@nationalrailenq This is clearly in breach of the Disability Discrimination Act, as it discriminates against disabled people, many of whom will not know if they are fit to travel until the actual day.
We’re making changes to ticket refunds. From 1 April 2026, some tickets will only be refundable up until 23:59 the day before they’re valid for travel.

@AvantiWestCoast booking a ticket with you has somehow taken an hour of fighting a clunky system. By the end of it, I had someone how ended up on a train 2 hours later than I had originally selected. To change it, you then charged me £16 extra. Can I please get back that £16 and ideally, some of my sanity?

@AvantiWestCoast I'm struggling to get a reason from Jan as to why he's decided to let 3 lads stroll into first class other than what we heard which was something about a mutual friend. Not a good look on a the full and standing 17.43 from Lime Street. Maybe you can ask him?
