@uscfashion so frustrated!! nowhere at all lists contact for customer services despite them saying service is foremost and they haven’t replied to messages on insta for a week! They don’t abide by their own T&C and will con you out of two delivery charges! Utter disgusted!!

Good Afternoon. App version 10.52.2 is now available for both iOS and Android users. This fixes the issue that prevented users from logging in if using a Hive widget. Some users still may be logged out after updating the app to this version.

Good Morning everyone. The issue causing some users to see an error message when attempting to log back in after updating to Version 10.52.1 has now been resolved. Version 10.52.1 is available on iOS and should be available for more Android users later today.

@HiveHelper I seem to be logged out of my hive account, has occurred overnight and despite login attempts and reset password attempts nothing is being recognised so I have no access to my hive hub please can someone help?

Trying to speak to someone at @virginmedia customer relations is like trying to speak to the Queen! Impossible! And even if you do get through nothing makes sense! I wanted to upgrade my contract but will be cancelling now! @BBCWatchdog

@VirginAtlantic I enquired about a flight yesterday via text (see image below).As you will see, at no point did I confirm to the agent for any booking to be made! Somehow a booking has shown up within the Virgin app under ‘My Flights’. Please return my ticket to an open ticket!
