⚠️Following an earlier broken down train at Ilford all lines have now reopened. Train services running through this station have been cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until further notice. A train broke down while leaving the depot at Ilford earlier and was blocking two of the four running lines. The train has now moved back into the depot and cleared the line, allowing all lines to re-open. Please be aware there is also disruption at White Notely because of a fault with the signalling system. Routes affected: -Intercity services between Norwich and London Liverpool Street -Southend Victoria and Southminster < - > London Liverpool Street -Braintree < - > London Liverpool Street -Colchester Town and Harwich < - > London Liverpool Street -Clacton on Sea and Walton on the Naze < - > London Liverpool Street -Ipswich < - > London Liverpool Street -Elizabeth line routes Trains have been disrupted. We are now in the process of restoring trains back to the timetable, but some trains may be delayed or cancelled while we do this. Please check our Live Departure Boards for the latest information on your train, and allow plenty of time to travel as you may need to travel on a different train than you planned. We have arranged for you to be able to use your Greater Anglia ticket on the following alternatives for no extra charge; Circle line between Liverpool Street and Tower Hill (for Fenchurch Street) Jubilee line between Stratford and West Ham c2c services between London Fenchurch Street, West Ham and Southend Central Elizabeth line between Shenfield and Liverpool Street.

@FineAndSamD Good morning, You are able to submit a Delay repay claim yes, Its worked out on the proportionate cost of the price of the Season Ticket (i.e. 1/10th of a Weekly ticket, 1/40th of a Monthly ticket and 1/464th of an Annual ticket). - James

@greateranglia My season ticket renews tomorrow. Pissing down with rain. A RUSH HOUR train cancelled and screens nor working at Rayleigh. Another £5120 for this. Keep up the good work.

@collettebrookin @OVOEnergy I was with Ovo for about 12 years. They were excellent. A pleasure to deal with, but at some point it all went wrong. Ended up at octopus and they’re 10/10.

@OVOEnergy Everyone is always sorry, but no one actually does anything to resolve the situation. I just want to warn people from going near this company. They took over an account without permission and 6 months later still haven’t fixed their mistake.

Anyone having trouble with @OVOEnergy don’t waste your time contacting the ‘Executive’ team. You’ll get the same cut and paste messages, be told how seriously your complaint is being taken but then get asked questions which makes it clear they haven’t even read the file properly.

@dazzaboy2 @flightradar24 Possibly. First port of call is Martinique which is for Monday… but is only about 8 hours away from Bridgetown. So it won’t even require any rescheduling.

@flightradar24 These are all charter flights for P&O Cruises. Seen elsewhere they are re-scheduled for tomorrow - unsure how true this is.

Three TUI flights with destination Bridgetown have made U-turns over the Atlantic and returned to the UK. The reason is currently unknown.

@graemeo_c @Nike Here’s the latest. (fYI - the item wasn’t in the box and they can only show the weight of the box at the warehouse, not at the door) and if I want a refund I need to contact my bank.

@graemeo_c @Nike Here’s the evidence that Nike says doesn’t exist. The box when we got it with the corner cut… and here’s the delivery image from Adeel at DPD with *one corner* left from the image. Strangely the corner he’d used to get the item out and steal it.

Day two of tagging @Nike until they sort out a missing item on an order.
